Instructions to Students

1. Date : 30-9-2002, Monday
   

2. Place : Kwun Tong Swimming Pool

3. Time : Students must arrive and assemble outside the main entrance at or before 8:00 am. sharp for the Roll Call. The programme will commence at 8:30 am.

4. Roll-call : Roll-call must be taken by the monitor or monitress of each class between7:45 am and 8:00 am at the Basketball Court near the pool. The list of attendance must be handed to the Discipline Master at 8:15 am.

5. Students are allowed to enter the Spectators' Stand by 8:00 am. Prefects will be there to show them the way.
   

6. Seating Arrangement : Students must take their seats according to their own House. Seats allocated to each House are shown on the attached sketch.
   

7. Students must not leave the venue until they are told.
   

8. Students must behave themselves and take good care of their belongings.

General Instructions

1. All competitors must report to the Marshalling Point after the announcements in swimming clothes.
   

2. No competitor is allowed to warm up in the diving pool.
   

3. After having completed the race, all competitors must go back to the Spectators' Stand. For those who have two successive events, they must go back to the Competitors' Stand to wait for their next event.
   

4. Competitors are advised to be very careful with their belongings. The school will not be responsible for any loss or damage of personal property.
   

5. Competiors are advised to bring jackets along to keep themselves warm.
   

6. All competitors must wear swimming caps, otherwise, they will not be allowed to take part in any event.
   

7. Competitors must be directed to Mr. Cheung or Miss Leung through the House Captains during the course of competition.
