On 30 June 2026, the Prefect Team visited Sham Chung on a bright, sunny day to learn about Hakka culture. Students explored historic buildings to understand Hakka history, made traditional pastries by hand, and tasted authentic Hakka dishes. By experiencing local folk customs firsthand, students were able to appreciate the true spirit of Hakka culture. Overall, the trip was both enjoyable and meaningful, making it a truly rewarding field trip.
