To raise awareness of mental health on campus, the Counselling Team, in collaboration with HKPA, organized the "Sweet Dreams" Sachet Making Activity for all students on October 6 and 7. This activity aimed to enhance students\' awareness of quality sleep. Through handcrafting and custom-blending natural stress-relieving sachets, students were able to relieve academic pressure, learn practical sleep relaxation techniques, and establish healthy sleep habits.
